This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Complete Sales Cycle: Overseeing warm leads from the initial greeting to the ultimate "yes."
• Building Relationships: Rapidly developing rapport with prospects to gain insight into their requirements.
• Strategic Selling: Excelling in the techniques of upselling and cross-selling to enhance every interaction.
• Data Accuracy: Ensuring a clean CRM to prevent any opportunity from slipping through the gaps.
• First 30 Days: Undergo our comprehensive sales training, master the product scripts, and start achieving your daily call volume goals.
• Day 90 and Beyond: Regularly meet or surpass monthly conversion objectives.
• Proven Sales Experience: Background in BPO/Call Center settings, ideally supporting U.S. campaigns in sectors like Telecom, E-commerce, SaaS, or other high-volume sales environments.
• Objection Handling: Viewing a "no" not as a barrier, but as an opportunity to discover a better solution.
• Technologically Proficient: Able to navigate CRMs and various tools while maintaining an energetic conversation.
• Strong Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal English skills with the capability to naturally adapt to different personas.
• Technical Setup (BYOD): You possess a dependable home office setup with a computer featuring at least an i5 processor (or equivalent), 8GB of RAM, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
