Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads and potential customers.

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.

• Establish rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional sales experience.

• Address customer objections and effectively convey product value.

• Close sales and consistently strive towards individual and team sales goals.

• Keep accurate records of customer and sales information in CRM tools.

• Manage and follow up on your sales pipeline.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Engage in necessary training and continually enhance sales knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in a call center, inside sales, or customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

• Demonstrated success in closing sales and achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with customers.

• Customer-centric approach with strong objection-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

• Experience with CRM tools is preferred.

• Laptop or desktop computer required.

• Minimum 8 GB RAM; 16 GB is recommended.

• USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

• Stable power and internet connection necessary.

• Ability to connect via Ethernet is required.

• Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Wired (Ethernet) connection is strongly preferred over Wi-Fi.
