Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate outbound sales initiatives, including cold calls and email outreach to uncover new business prospects.

• Support the organization, monitoring, and execution of the sales funnel, ensuring all leads receive follow-up and progress towards closure.

• Guarantee that all sales presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations embody the core values, distinct voice, and value proposition of the brand.

• Manage a demanding sales calendar and high-volume outreach campaigns, tracking deadlines and various client interactions in a dynamic environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, upholding professional standards and maintaining high-level English communication throughout the sales process.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support within the CRM to ensure data accuracy and that no sales opportunities are overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding English writing and verbal skills (minimum C1 level).

• Demonstrated experience or strong potential in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.

• Exceptional resilience, a positive mindset, and the capacity to remain organized and motivated in a high-energy, busy environment.

• Ability to swiftly learn new phone systems and CRM tools during initial training.

• Excellent English communication abilities (both spoken and written).

• Willingness to work U.S. hours and adapt to client schedules.
