• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a self-sourcing sales role with a focus on meeting quotas.
• Proven track record in cold-calling and lead generation.
• A Bachelor’s degree or military experience is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of sales experience, especially in consultative and relationship-focused positions.
• Demonstrated capability to devise strategies that enhance pipeline growth and revenue.
