This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Analyze the designated territory and formulate strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for capital equipment, disposable products, and specialty/strategic new product initiatives.
• Promote, sell, and support the company's products, programs, and services to hospitals, surgical centers, physicians' offices, and clinics.
• Conduct educational sessions on electrosurgery and Erbe technology.
• Engage in and support tradeshows and meetings both within and beyond the assigned territory.
• Provide sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, case reports, and weekly activity updates.
• Manage business expenses, demonstration equipment, product samples, and supplies according to assigned budgets.
• Handle customer communications and follow up on sales leads.
• Generate and track accurate sales quotes.
• Perform product evaluations and deliver product training sessions.
• Inform the company of any potential product complaints and maintain records to ensure QA/RA compliance with QSR standards.
• Maintain the demonstration inventory and return equipment for servicing, calibration, or replacement as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and cultivate relationships with both in-house and field employees.
• Assist in establishing luminary sites and ensuring positive evaluation results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional and advertising materials.
• Operate independently as a contributor without direct supervisory responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of overall sales experience, particularly in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of work while adhering to deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with web-based CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex information to diverse offices.
• Outstanding sales skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not be barred from engaging with Federal contracts or government entities, nor listed on the federal excluded parties list.
• Full-time employment.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Occasional evening and weekend work as required by job responsibilities.
• Travel related to the position.
