This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Evaluate the assigned territory and create strategies to meet designated sales targets for capital equipment, disposable products, and innovative specialty/strategic products.
• Promote, sell, and support the company's products, programs, and services to hospitals, surgery centers, medical offices, and clinics.
• Deliver educational programs regarding electrosurgery and Erbe technology.
• Engage in and assist with tradeshows and meetings, both within and outside the designated territory.
• Provide management with timely reports on sales activity, forecasts, expenses, case details, and weekly updates.
• Oversee business expenses, demonstration equipment, product samples, and supplies while adhering to assigned budgets.
• Manage customer communications and follow up on sales leads.
• Create and track accurate sales quotes.
• Conduct product evaluations and offer product in-service training.
• Inform the company of potential product complaints and maintain records to ensure compliance with QA/RA and QSR regulations.
• Maintain the demonstration inventory and return equipment for technical service, calibration, or replacement as directed.
• Adhere to company policies while fostering relationships with both in-house and field personnel.
• Assist in the development of luminary sites within the assigned area.
• Work with marketing to create promotional and advertising materials.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of overall sales experience.
• Background in medical, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare sales roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to manage a high workload while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
• Some familiarity with web-based CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex information to various offices.
• Outstanding sales skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not prohibited from working with federal contracts or government entities, nor listed on the federal excluded parties list.
• Full-time employment.
• Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Occasional evening and weekend work as required by job responsibilities.
• Travel required for the position.
