Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Analyze the territory and formulate strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for capital equipment, disposable products, and specialty/strategic new product initiatives.

• Promote, sell, and support company products, programs, and services to hospitals, surgery centers, doctors' offices, clinics, and other clientele.

• Provide and facilitate educational programs concerning electrosurgery and Erbe technology.

• Participate in and assist with tradeshows and meetings both within and outside the designated territory.

• Deliver timely sales reports, forecasts, expense reports, case reports, and weekly activity summaries to management.

• Manage business expenses, demonstration equipment, product samples, and supplies within assigned budgets.

• Handle customer communications and follow up on sales leads.

• Generate and oversee accurate sales quotes.

• Conduct product evaluations and provide customer in-service training.

• Inform the company of potential product complaints and maintain records for QA/RA compliance with QSR requirements.

• Maintain demonstration inventory and return equipment for servicing, calibration, or replacement as directed.

• Adhere to company policies while cultivating relationships with in-house and field employees.

• Assist in the development of luminary sites within the assigned territory.

• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional and advertising materials.

• Operate as an individual contributor without any direct supervisory responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.

• 3+ years of overall sales experience, especially in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.

• Capability to manage a high volume of work while adhering to deadlines.

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.

• Familiarity with web-based CRM and other sales tools.

• Ability to comprehend and convey complex information to diverse offices.

• Outstanding sales skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not be disqualified from working with federal contracts or government entities, or listed on the federal excluded parties list.

• Willingness to travel.

• Ability to regularly talk or hear, and frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
