This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engage with HCPs, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners in Key Hospitals through in-person appointments, departmental and MDT meetings to deliver disease and product education/awareness.
• Develop an annual strategic action plan and territory strategy for assigned products, updated quarterly.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs to foster advocacy.
• Maintain a secondary focus on the pharmacy channel and provide support to ensure sales success.
• Promptly follow through on customer commitments and requests.
• Achieve or surpass established reach and frequency targets with key HCPs.
• Monitor key financial metrics including monthly sales and expenditure recording.
• Keep abreast of therapy area knowledge to inform reasonable strategies and support future activities.
• Leverage strong technical knowledge and sales expertise to build confidence in the brand and Link.
• Participate in relevant national and territory trade events.
• Attend local and international congresses to support Link's business as applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and growth targets while delivering on budgeted revenue.
• Collaborate with management to forecast sales and track against territory targets, reporting as necessary.
• Operate within the designated expense budget for the assigned territory, actively monitoring spending and reporting actual expenditure against budget.
• Analyze and interpret key data to identify market trends, exceptions, and correlations in partnership with management.
• Build rapport and establish professional relationships with relevant customers in the territory.
• Maintain field activity to achieve reach and frequency targets.
• Timely report customer activity in the Veeva CRM system and maintain accurate customer profiling as required.
• Manage profiling and segmentation via CRM.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call objectives within the CRM system.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to achieve shared objectives.
• Work with the commercial team on events, meetings, communications, presentations, and reports.
• Engage with colleagues and management to share knowledge, market intelligence, and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with Link staff to ensure open and honest communication.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships, specifically with Finance, Customer Service, Regulatory, Quality, Medical, and Distribution to support the execution of established objectives.
• Stay informed about Link, the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, competitors, and general products.
• Attend industry conferences in relevant therapeutic areas to broaden knowledge and share key insights with the broader team.
• Understand the factors affecting HCPs' prescribing of Link products and the experiences of patients using them to enhance HCP interactions.
• Promptly report all adverse reactions related to Link's products in accordance with mandatory pharmacovigilance procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, regulations, publications, and clinical data through formal and self-directed learning to stay informed on disease states and market conditions.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Link’s standard operating procedures and policies, adhering to compliance at all times.
• Contribute to a quality-focused mindset; quality is the responsibility of everyone.
• Ensure every team member has the opportunity to work in a safe and healthy environment.
• Carry out duties in compliance with GXP regulations.
• Ensure all company-related activities align with relevant Acts, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
• Complete required administrative tasks within designated timelines (e.g., monthly reports, expenses, call reporting).
• Ensure that filing and documentation are current and compliant with standard processes and formats.
• Participate in internal meetings as necessary.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with staff and management using appropriate channels.
• **Sales experience in Rheumatology, Dermatology, or Pediatrics is highly desirable.**
• Tertiary qualification in science, health, or business fields.
• Completion of the Medicines Australia Continuing Education Program.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• A demonstrated track record in business planning with measurable sales success.
• Local experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative or Key Account Manager with a focus on specialty medicines is essential.
• Highly organized, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
