This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for creating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing market share within the designated territory.
• Meets sales performance targets as outlined in the sales/quota plan.
• Identify and define key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and effectively steer sales efforts to penetrate existing accounts and attract new customers.
• Successfully completes sales training and consistently stays informed about competitors and market trends by participating in corporate updates and ongoing training sessions.
• Skilled in delivering presentations to both individuals and large groups regarding all products and relevant company programs.
• Develops a territory business plan to ensure the achievement of monthly revenue targets and overall sustainable long-term growth.
• In collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, makes necessary adjustments to the plan to address potential sales issues promptly, ensuring that monthly and quarterly quotas are achieved.
• Executes all job responsibilities in a manner that fosters a high level of customer service for both internal and external clients.
• Fosters positive team dynamics and maintains open communication lines with the Regional Director, Marketing, Clinical, Reimbursement, Customer Care, and administrative staff, as well as Senior Management, to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
• Participates in industry conferences as required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside sales, ideally within the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue sectors.
• Prior experience in high-growth organizations focused on building market share.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• A highly energetic, flexible, and results-driven individual.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities while fulfilling all commitments.
• Willingly accepts new responsibilities and adapts effectively to changes in procedures.
• Appropriately prioritizes various work demands.
• Strong collaborative abilities; capable of working efficiently both as part of an interdisciplinary team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses the capability to independently address problems and define strategic directions and initiatives in response to internal and external stimuli.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of the business landscape and its connections to the broader talent picture.
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic skills in internet navigation.
• Proven ability to analyze markets, develop sales strategies, and effectively present scientific and clinical data to physicians, nursing staff, and economic buyers.
