This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales objectives within the designated territory, utilizing remote communication techniques.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring customer relationships through proficient account management and outstanding customer service, primarily via email, phone calls, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
• Identify and chase new business prospects to increase market share and foster revenue growth through remote engagement strategies.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address customer requirements and improve patient care.
• Employ CRM tools to oversee customer interactions, monitor sales activities, and evaluate performance metrics.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to effectively position Medtronic's Cardiovascular Portfolio products.
• Prepare and present engaging sales pitches and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years of experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with cardiovascular products and procedures (Nice to Have).
• 3+ years of experience in a Medtronic CV field sales position (Nice to Have).
• 8+ years of sales experience, emphasizing the cultivation and maintenance of customer relationships (Nice to Have).
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas, showcasing strong sales performance (Nice to Have).
• Experience in account management, focusing on building and nurturing customer relationships (Nice to Have).
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities (Nice to Have).
