This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary initiator, fostering new product adoption and generating revenue by spearheading client-focused initiatives for this new capability.

• Design and implement a territory strategy aimed at aggressively securing new customer meetings and transforming prospects into foundational, long-term partnerships.

• Develop a solid and wide-ranging pipeline of greenfield opportunities from initial lead generation to negotiation and contracting, serving as the commercial owner throughout the entire sales process.

• Engage strategically and consultatively with C-level executives, VPs, decision-makers, and influencers.

• Conduct thorough research on prospective clients' businesses and implement sales strategies that provide significant value to clients.

• Effectively utilize cross-functional teams (Account, Solution, and Delivery) to advance opportunities for this new offering.

• Maintain an unwavering focus on robust pipeline development and exceptional sales execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Proven success as a sales hunter and closer who excels in a greenfield setting.

• Experience within the HR Technology sector is advantageous.

• Direct experience in launching and selling a brand new B2B solution to the market.

• Outstanding record of commercial success in navigating and finalizing deals with executives, VPs, and C-level decision-makers.

• A "plays to win" mindset, demonstrating personal accountability and an unwavering drive for excellence in execution and results delivery.

• Intellectually curious and driven by insights, with a dedication to ongoing self-improvement.

• Leads with integrity, appreciates diverse experiences and thoughts, and collaborates as a unified global team.
