This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• The Regional Director for France will report directly to the VP of Sales Europe.
• Lead efforts to enhance penetration in the Clinical Solutions and EHE segments.
• Collaborate with sales management and segment commercial leadership to formulate a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to create and implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Oversee pricing initiatives for the Clinical Solutions and EHE sales teams in conjunction with pricing authorities.
• Establish a clear, standardized, and world-class go-to-market process alongside product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Support the overarching M&A and partnership strategy for the Clinical Solutions and Health Education segments.
• Mentor and motivate employees to set and agree upon annual objectives, while continuously assessing performance against these goals.
• A university degree or equivalent professional experience in dynamic, progressive corporate settings (preferably within science, healthcare, or technology).
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in France, ideally in solutions selling.
• Additional background in strategic consulting, marketing, or relevant product management experience is advantageous.
• Previous experience in developing business plans for e-products is preferred.
• Experience in team management, especially in an international matrix environment, with a proven track record as a (informal) sales leader who builds trust, energizes teams, and promotes strong collaboration.
