Sales Quoting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, validation, and submission of quotes using Salesforce CPQ.

• Collaborate with the sales team to design complex deals that adhere to pricing guidelines and align with business objectives.

• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Product teams to secure deal approvals.

• Identify opportunities to enhance and scale the quoting and deal approval processes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for deal structures, approval workflows, and pricing exceptions.

• Offer guidance on contract terms, order forms, and amendments to ensure precision and consistency.

• Monitor deal desk metrics and assist in refining policies to enhance deal velocity and closing rates.

• Act as a subject matter expert on pricing strategies, discounting practices, and contract best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a comparable role.

• Experience with Salesforce, particularly in CPQ quoting, is preferred.

• Strong Excel skills (intermediate level or higher) are essential.

• Background in the high-tech industry, specifically with a SaaS or subscription revenue model, is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and workload.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a demanding sales team.
