• Drive demand and enhance market presence for the promoted products through engagements with physicians and other key business stakeholders.
• Register and regularly assess the medical database assigned by the business unit, adhering to the target and segmentation criteria established by the productivity division.
• Advocate for ABBOTT medications within the medical community by delivering scientific insights and product advantages within your therapeutic area; engage in discussions about pathologies, clinical scenarios, and the benefits of the recommended medications.
• Strategize visits, outline engagement tactics, ensure follow-up, and utilize the tools endorsed by the company; achieve visit targets based on specified frequency and sequencing guidelines, maintain the necessary controls and records required by the company, and compile reports on your activities.
• Visit pharmacies within your territory to gather data on inventory and sales of EPD products and evaluate distribution efficiency.
• Participate in congresses and medical events relevant to your area of activity to enhance the medical database and fortify relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and medical societies with a business focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
• Experience with field routing and route planning.
• Proficient in sales techniques.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• A valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory.
