This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Enhance sales performance with our retail partners through in-store product activations, promotions, and displays.
• Meet field KPIs and achieve annual goals.
• Represent Mondelēz International by conducting store visits as per the established schedule.
• Oversee shelf space and product assortment.
• Set up campaign displays and determine optimal product placement within stores.
• Complete necessary administrative duties.
• Maximize the utilization of point-of-sale materials.
• Ensure that we are the preferred supplier for our customers.
• Increase product visibility in retail locations.
• Prior merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and confidence.
• Self-driven with a robust determination to meet targets.
• Proficient in computer usage with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Relocation support: Not available.
