This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identifying and securing new clients.
• Overseeing and assisting our current clientele.
• Conducting on-site demonstrations of products and applications at construction locations.
• Professionally managing daily sales tasks.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients or in technical field sales.
• A passion for hands-on work and a technical mindset — ideally with some background in building technology, trades, or surveying.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license and a readiness to travel daily for fieldwork.
• Empathy, strong closing abilities, and the capacity to motivate trade partners and end users regarding products and solutions.
• Initiative, ambition, and self-discipline — the ability to work independently, show resilience, and not be discouraged by rejection.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in business German, both written and verbal.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to surpass targets and celebrate achievements.
