This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers and channel partners
• Exhibit effective communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Deliver technical assistance to customers, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting
• Propel profitable growth by refining pricing strategies, margins, and product offerings
• Assume full responsibility for territory performance and sales objectives
• Enhance and oversee the distribution network within the designated territory
• Manage and cultivate key customer accounts
• Guide and support new or entry-level members of the sales team
• Bachelor’s degree (ideally in technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry fields)
• Over 6 years of experience in B2B industrial sales with a demonstrated history of meeting sales targets
• Background in account management and the development of new markets
• Experience in selling post-press, packaging consumables, or similar industrial products is advantageous
• Strong track record in managing key accounts and channel partners
• Ability to create customer-centric solutions and value propositions
• Proficiency in developing expertise in customer applications and machinery
• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively.
