This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Managing and handling customer inquiries, creating a technical and commercial proposal in collaboration with technologists, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Sending out requests for quotations to partners, receiving offers, and compiling the proposal for the customer.
• While most tasks are guided by a script, adaptability to address unconventional situations is essential.
• Eagerness to organize your workflow and contribute to the development of tasks aimed at automating the preliminary assessment of client inquiries.
• Proficient in Russian and English, with an additional language being a significant advantage.
• Passionate about IT, willing to learn and utilize modern technologies and software (we frequently engage with cloud solutions such as CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, cloud documents, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ready to engage actively with individuals from various countries.
• Open to working in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment.
• Primary requirement: Proficient in English for business communication (at a B2 level or higher), with another language (German/French) being an additional benefit.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (in business development, sales, or client relations). Experience with engineering orders and transactional IT systems for automating sales, production, and logistics processes is advantageous.
• Prepared to tackle challenges that deviate from standard scenarios.
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced business setting.
• Willing to organize personal workload and engage in process automation tasks.
• Must have a comfortable workspace with reliable internet access and the ability to participate in conference calls (this position is 100% remote).
