Sales Phone Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee both inbound and outbound warm calls (approximately 200+ each week).

• Manage calls ranging from 6 to 15 minutes to acquire new customers, articulate LawnStarter’s offerings, and promote recurring plans.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets and quality benchmarks.

• Exhibit outstanding communication skills with customers based in the U.S.

• Keep precise CRM records while adhering to data protection policies.

• Demonstrated ability to close sales and effectively handle objections.

• Strong customer service skills along with a high degree of empathy.

• Goal-driven with a strong capacity for adaptability.

• Open to coaching and responsive to feedback.

• Consistently meets performance objectives.

• High school diploma; college education preferred.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or BPO.

• Knowledge of CRM/VoIP tools (Google Suite is preferred).
