This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee a customer portfolio, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services.
• Initiate outbound sales calls to connect with customers, ascertain their needs, and offer customized solutions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, delivering outstanding service and support to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals while complying with regulatory standards and banking policies.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
• A degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the financial services sector.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Capability to operate independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and creatively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
