This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Actively engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and various other platforms.
• Identify and assess high-potential business opportunities.
• Construct, organize, and maintain a streamlined, active sales pipeline.
• Arrange meetings and facilitate deal progression with consistent follow-ups.
• Work closely with the founder on daily operations (including call preparation, scheduling, and determining next steps).
• Ensure no opportunities are overlooked or neglected.
• Monitor all interactions, update CRM systems, and keep precise records.
• Continuously enhance outreach messaging based on results and feedback.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (B2B preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in hands-on execution (cold outreach, follow-ups, pipeline management).
• Comfortable performing daily outbound activities consistently (email, LinkedIn, messaging).
• Strong background in lead generation and qualification.
• Capability to manage and uphold a structured sales pipeline.
• Proficient in advancing conversations from initial outreach to meetings and subsequent steps.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and cold email tools.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
