This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Ensure the precision of all sales report requests while meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and delivering information to the appropriate user base.

• Lead a team of two associates through active coaching and consistent expectations.

• Equally prioritize short-term and long-term needs in overseeing the generation, analysis, distribution, and feedback cycle of all reports.

• Interpret customer requirements and collaborate with various internal teams to create effective and efficient reports and analyses.

• Oversee the bid lifecycle.

• Evaluate new bid report requests and respond to the Bid team promptly.

• Create and/or finalize Condition Contracts in SAP for bids and Merch Certs.

• Maintain the SAP bid table for customer default bids.

• Keep an accurate list of bid reports with due dates and fee amounts.

• Ensure the team meets all reporting and payment deadlines.

• Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure business continuity during re-assignments.

• Oversee all reports generated by the Sales Ops team.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A preferred 2-3 years of management experience in a Sales Ops or Analytics department.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant business experience will also be taken into account.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar software is required.

• Strong skills in team building and staff development, including the ability to foster relationships, understand team dynamics, take initiative, and resolve issues.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Query and experience in extracting data from various systems and tables.
