This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct training for new employees on Salesforce, quoting tools, and essential sales processes during the onboarding phase.
• Address ongoing inquiries regarding Salesforce usage for Sales and Customer Success, while also maintaining process guides and playbooks.
• Act as the main resource for quote generation, creating precise and professional quotes using Salesforce CPQ or the native quoting tool.
• Oversee the business logic related to the product catalog, pricing books, and discount structures.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership on deal desk workflows involving non-standard pricing, approvals, and contract terms.
• Assist in contract review and processing, and reconcile bookings, billing, and revenue data across Salesforce and Finance systems.
• Administer sales compensation plans; calculate, process, and audit commission payouts while resolving any disputes.
• Support territory management, lead routing, quota tracking, and ensure pipeline hygiene in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that cover pipeline, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), renewal health, and quota achievement for Quarterly Business Reviews, board preparations, and commission calculations.
• Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for data imports, audits, and reporting requirements, serving as an operational partner to Sales and Customer Success for daily process inquiries.
• A minimum of 5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable GTM-facing position.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ, native quoting, or deal desk workflows.
• Background in supporting sales compensation plans and calculating commissions.
• Proven ability to create complex reports and dashboards; proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication and training abilities — comfortable interacting with sales personnel and technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or other Salesforce qualifications (Preferred).
• Experience in contract review or contract operations (Preferred).
• Familiarity with revenue intelligence or forecasting tools (Clari, Forecast, etc.) (Preferred).
• Knowledge of GTM stack tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar (Preferred).
