This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage and optimize the usage of HubSpot, ensuring organization, standardization, and usability for the sales team.
• Structure and simplify commercial processes, reducing complexity in the daily operations of the teams.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of data within the CRM.
• Create and automate reports and dashboards to monitor performance (pipeline, conversion, forecast, etc.).
• Support the sales team in daily operations by removing bottlenecks and increasing productivity.
• Map and implement continuous improvements in sales workflows.
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and related departments.
• Train and guide the team on the correct use of tools and processes.
• Prior experience in Sales Ops, CRM, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot (significant advantage).
• Analytical and organized profile.
• Experience in data management and report creation.
• Good communication skills for interaction with sales teams.
• Proactive attitude and sense of urgency (in a structuring scenario).
