This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Take ownership of and manage the complete Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process.
• Assist in the implementation of the S&OE plan on a daily and weekly basis.
• Coordinate demand and supply efforts to ensure short-term operational objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Inform stakeholders about operational changes and updates.
• Lead daily or weekly meetings to address any bottlenecks and urgent matters.
• Create and monitor KPIs, including service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.
• Evaluate plan-versus-actual discrepancies and offer actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and distribute operational performance reports to management, including communications at the executive level.
• Identify and resolve short-term supply chain disruptions or challenges.
• Address issues that impact order fulfillment or production timelines.
• Formulate contingency plans to alleviate operational risks.
• Assist initiatives aimed at improving operational execution efficiency and enhance S&OP processes.
• Establish reporting requirements and future tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Streamline workflows and maximize resource utilization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning.
• Preference for familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
• Analytical and problem-solving orientation with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
