This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Provide support to Sales Enablement and Sales teams by overseeing the execution that ensures revenue workflows operate seamlessly.
• Concentrate on lead management, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating calendars, delivering Sales Enablement assets, and executing contracts.
• Monitor and engage with sales-related messages and notifications on Slack.
• Oversee sales and executive email accounts related to lead inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
• Carry out timely follow-ups for leads that have declined, no-showed, or remain unresponsive.
• Organize sales calendars and verify that the appropriate attendees are included in scheduled calls.
• Review and confirm qualified leads prior to their entry into Salesforce.
• Keep Salesforce records accurate, including lead sources, statuses, and next steps.
• Produce and distribute Sales Enablement reports utilizing internal tools and approved templates.
• Draft Master Services Agreements (MSAs) through PandaDoc using sanctioned templates.
• Guarantee the prompt delivery of Sales Enablement assets.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support.
• Practical experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills and effective follow-through.
• Capability to manage various workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with contract management tools such as PandaDoc (Preferred).
• Knowledge of sales engagement tools (e.g., Instantly, Sendspark) (Preferred).
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Enablement and Sales teams (Preferred).
