📋 Description

• Develop realistic Excel tasks based on sales or revenue operations activities.

• Enhance existing models, repair malfunctioning models, and construct models from a brief.

• Analyze each task to identify a clear and accurate solution.

• Formulate specific yes-or-no criteria for evaluating attempts.

• Create an original task during onboarding based on personal experience.

• Submit the task brief along with the necessary input workbooks.

• Test the task against current frontier AI models.

• Draft a comprehensive yes-or-no rubric for cases where AI models produce errors.

• Collaborate with a reviewer who approves the task.

• Assist Aptura in developing evaluation and training environments for AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or SaaS finance, focusing on pipeline, bookings, quota, and compensation for B2B sales teams.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Excel, including ARR waterfalls, commission calculators, nested formulas, multi-criteria lookups, and pivot tables.

• Proficient written English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to acquire knowledge in AI and evaluations.

• Capability to work as an independent contractor.

• Human-crafted task briefs and input workbooks are mandatory.

• Utilization of real sanitized data or publicly available data with cited sources.

• No AI tools permitted in the creation of task briefs and input workbooks.

• Must be available for a 30-minute group walkthrough call.
