• Designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees within the commercial division.
• Creating, developing, and executing a premier onboarding experience for new sales personnel in both direct and indirect channels.
• Collaborating closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers, Channel Partner Managers, and subject matter experts to develop and oversee an onboarding program.
• Conducting needs analysis, which includes assessing requirements, analyzing learners, and defining learning objectives.
• Appropriately documenting design processes (content outlines, storyboards, etc.).
• Developing both asynchronous (virtual) and synchronous (in-person) learning experiences.
• Taking ownership of the design, development, and implementation of the comprehensive onboarding journey, encompassing pre-work, live training events, and follow-up reinforcement.
• Implementing components of the onboarding program, including uploading content into Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other platforms (e.g., Allego).
• Gathering feedback and performance data to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process.
• Monitoring key onboarding KPIs such as ramp-up time, engagement levels, and knowledge retention.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or learning and development.
• Knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs tailored for sales professionals.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and engaging various stakeholders.
• Experience in facilitating both live and virtual training sessions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Learning Management Systems or enablement platforms (e.g., Allego, Highspot, Showpad).
• Background in technology, life sciences, or B2B enterprise sales environments.
