Sales & Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the sales pipeline and targets.

• Manage the sales process from initial discovery to demo and closing.

• Contribute to the establishment of a consistent and structured sales process.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to enhance lead quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or growth-oriented roles.

• Demonstrated capability to manage and successfully close deals.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and accountable.

• Experience in the SaaS or healthcare sector is highly beneficial.
