Sales & Marketing Executive – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing partnership marketing initiatives from the initial planning stages to final execution.

• Establishing robust relationships with top-tier brand partners and serving as their trusted daily contact.

• Collaborating with salons to enhance participation and engagement in campaigns.

• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure the success of campaigns.

• Supporting the expansion of current partnerships while scouting for new commercial opportunities.

• Monitoring campaign performance and leveraging insights to continuously enhance outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, partnerships, business development, or another customer-facing commercial position.

• Proven track record of working towards targets, commercial goals, or KPIs.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously.

• A keen interest in marketing campaigns, partnerships, or customer engagement.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset, along with a desire to learn.

• Preferred: Experience in SaaS or technology.

• Familiarity with partnership, channel, or co-marketing initiatives.

• Background in the beauty, wellness, or salon sector.

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
