Executive, Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Brand Voice Representation: Act as a genuine extension of the founder's voice throughout all communications, content, and client interactions, ensuring the tone remains warm, grounded, and never overly "sales-y."

• Autonomous Project Driving: Take charge of creative and operational projects, progressing them independently without the need for constant direction.

• Relational Support Coordination: Facilitate the coordination of discovery calls, injecting a deeply relational, human, and welcoming essence into the client onboarding experience.

• Tech Stack Operations: Oversee daily administration and workflows across the brand's ecosystem, including Claude, Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram, and BetterPractice.

• System Stewardship: Ensure digital workflows function seamlessly, maintaining the integrity of the brand in every aspect you handle, while proactively identifying and addressing any issues before they impact the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Niche Industry Experience: Direct experience in wellness, somatic, holistic, or clinical-adjacent fields. You possess an understanding of the sensitivity, ethics, and psychological safety necessary in this domain.

• Grounded Communication Style: Outstanding C1/C2 proficiency in verbal and written English. Your writing and communication are human, thoughtful, and resonate deeply with an intentional brand voice.

• Self-Directed Execution: Naturally proactive and anticipatory of operational needs, rather than waiting for isolated instructions.

• Technical Capability: Proficient in navigating systems, managing software tools, and maintaining organized client data.

• Relational Presence: A calm, supportive, and grounded presence that can be conveyed in both written communication and during client-facing operational interactions.

• Bonus Asset: Previous experience with or a strong personal familiarity with Somatics is a valuable addition.
