This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Financial responsibility and business management: Preparation of the annual business and performance planning along with ongoing performance monitoring.
• Development, alignment, and accountability for revenue, sales, and cost budgets.
• Assessment of goal achievement and initiation of appropriate measures.
• Participation in the acquisition of new gas station locations.
• Ensuring operational excellence in safety and environmental standards as well as smooth daily operations.
• Promotion of a customer-centric sales culture.
• Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce, or a comparable commercial qualification, along with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in retail.
• Strong leadership and advisory skills, complemented by an analytical and structured approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and a proactive work style.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Confident use of Office 365.
• Valid driver's license and a high willingness to travel within the area of responsibility.
