⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce, or a similar commercial qualification, along with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.

• A minimum of three years of pertinent experience in sales or selling, preferably within the retail sector.

• Strong leadership abilities and advisory/coaching skills, complemented by an analytical and structured approach to work.

• Exceptional communication skills, organizational capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive approach to work.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Skilled in using Office 365.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a strong willingness to travel within the designated territory.
