This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and seek out new business prospects within the designated region while cultivating relationships with current clients.
• Evaluate market trends in the specified area and communicate insights to management for the enhancement of sales strategies.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to prospect qualification and deal closure, consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as Marketing, Operations, and Service teams, to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and concerns are addressed.
• Offer technical assistance to clients, resolve product-related issues, and suggest enhancements to materials or machinery.
• Support the Marketing and Sales teams in organizing and participating in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Frequently visit customer locations to sustain relationships, tackle technical challenges, and propose solutions.
• Work closely with Product teams from the parent organization to synchronize technical specifications for equipment and proposals.
• Create and present comprehensive proposals and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are managed efficiently throughout the sales process, coordinating with various departments.
• Regularly update the supervisor on sales progress and obstacles encountered.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Strong self-drive and proactive mindset, complemented by excellent business communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English; basic communication skills in Mandarin Chinese are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for overnight business trips approximately 25% of the time within the United States, primarily in Texas.
• Skilled in utilizing CRM systems and generating reports and presentations.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, often requiring coordination across different time zones.
• Flexibility to occasionally work beyond standard business hours.
• Experience in managing workflows and processes across multiple departments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–10 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the machine tool or manufacturing sector.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
