This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for territories and market segments that align with both regional and global commercial goals.

• Drive the achievement of annual and quarterly sales objectives, ensuring profitable growth across designated customers and channels.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture Territory Sales Managers, establishing clear expectations and providing continuous performance feedback.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners, serving as a trusted commercial advisor.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities, translating findings into actionable sales and account strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to guarantee effective execution of customer commitments.

• Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior commercial management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in sales management within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, or related sectors.

• Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets through structured territory and account management.

• Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, motivating, and managing the performance of sales teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategies, negotiation, and the development of customer value propositions.

• Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions and regions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferable.

• Business-level proficiency in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
