This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Propel sales growth for cables utilized in submersible and surface pumps, water treatment systems, and water supply infrastructure.
• Proactively pursue new customer acquisition within Poland and international markets.
• Cultivate sales relationships with OEM clients, particularly focusing on pump manufacturers and pump system integrators.
• Explore new sales channels and countries, establishing distribution networks from the ground up.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline, encompassing lead generation and sales forecasting.
• Manage project and investment sales pertaining to water supply infrastructure, wastewater treatment facilities, and irrigation systems.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with clients.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams on cable selection and application assistance.
• Assist customers with drinking water standards, certifications, and necessary approvals.
• Engage with customers, attend trade fairs, and nurture long-term business relationships.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in one of the following sectors: Pumps and pumping systems, Water & wastewater infrastructure, Electrotechnical products or cables, Valves, fittings, industrial automation, or Technical/industrial distribution.
• Significant advantage if you possess experience in: OEM sales, Water, pumping, OEM segments, or tender-driven environments, Technical & market acumen, Knowledge of submersible, sewage, and water pump applications, Familiarity with water installations and infrastructure requirements, Awareness of drinking water certifications and approvals, Understanding of infrastructure tender processes.
