This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Overseeing all elements of customer account management from a sales viewpoint.
• Cultivating and enhancing relationships with designated customers and distribution networks.
• Supporting the Director of Business Development in assessing the total addressable market.
• Building connections with end-users, consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the sales pipeline is consistently filled with qualified leads and prospects.
• Preparing proposals, presentations, setting revenue goals, and providing sales training.
• Analyzing market trends and conditions, along with benchmarking against competitors.
• Reporting sales metrics, opportunities, and potential threats to Senior Management.
• Experience in the Water and Wastewater Treatment Market is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required, accompanied by a robust technical background.
• Preferred 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development within target markets.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
• Capability to develop business plans and other commercial documentation.
• Aptitude for effectively leveraging resources to address issues and devise solutions for customer and partner needs.
• Skill in conducting well-structured training sessions and communicating technical information clearly at all levels.
