📋 Description

• We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead and enhance sales performance within the trade project sector across Poland.

• This position merges commercial leadership, strategic market expansion, and personnel management, emphasizing profitable growth.

• You will cultivate impactful customer partnerships, oversee a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), and establish the company as a reliable partner in lighting solutions, projects, and systems.

• This role provides significant influence over market strategy, implementation, and long-term development.

• Inspire and motivate the sales team to meet and surpass sales and various financial and operational objectives while driving growth initiatives.

• Encourage sales team engagement and nurture a culture of accountability to boost team performance and morale.

• Achieve financial goals by meeting revenue, margin, and sales productivity efficiency targets within the designated geographical area.

• Recognize high-potential sectors, customers, and partners while driving initiatives for market share expansion in the lighting industry.

• Establish strong customer partnerships and satisfaction through proactive relationship management and responsiveness to client needs.

• Develop senior-level connections with end users, contractors, developers, and government entities.

• Enhance the skills of sales specialists and KAMs in product knowledge, systems, and sales competencies to build a high-performing, technically skilled sales team.

• Oversee the project sales funnel across the region, ensuring a healthy opportunity pipeline, accurate forecasting, and timely deal closures.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of large projects and customer satisfaction.

• Strengthen relationships with System Integrators, ensuring they are trained, certified, and motivated to advocate for the company’s lighting solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales and commercial leadership, including managing regional sales teams and achieving revenue and margin goals.

• Proven track record in complex B2B sales environments, preferably within lighting, construction, BMS solutions, projects, systems, or technology-driven solutions.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a background in coaching, developing, and retaining high-achieving sales teams.

• Advanced stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior-level customers and cross-functional collaboration.

• Solid commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage pricing, profitability, forecasting, and performance KPIs.

• Strong market awareness, analytical mindset, and the capacity to adapt sales strategies to shifting market conditions.

• Sales management, leadership, or commercial certifications are beneficial but not essential.
