Sales Manager – Switzerland, Austria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Sales strategy & new business: You create and execute focused acquisition plans and sales strategies aimed at achieving our growth objectives by actively acquiring new clients.

• Market expansion: You are responsible for the strategic development and sustainable growth in the German-speaking regions of Switzerland and Austria to capture new market share.

• Growth-oriented selling: You proactively discover new customer opportunities along with cross-selling and upselling prospects to intentionally broaden our portfolio and continually increase revenue.

• Needs analysis & consulting: You assess the intricate requirements of our customer base across various segments (from SMB to Key Account), present customized software solutions, and oversee negotiations through to successful completion.

• Internal collaboration: You collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and Customer Success & Care teams to ensure optimal lead generation and the long-term satisfaction of our key accounts.

• Performance analysis: You consistently monitor and evaluate sales activities and market opportunities, preparing regular forecasts to guide and measure your success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience & track record: A minimum of 8 years of proven success in Key Account Management within the SaaS or software industry, with ideally robust market knowledge of the fitness sector in Switzerland.

• Languages: Proficient German (C1) and very good English (B2), both written and spoken.

• Competencies: Exceptional closing skills and negotiation abilities, with a confident demeanor at decision-maker and management levels.

• Market understanding: A thorough comprehension of complex sales cycles and the capability to build and successfully nurture long-term strategic business relationships.

• Technical understanding: Fundamental knowledge of SaaS technologies and the ability to convincingly present technical concepts at the management level.

• Working style: An independent, structured, and strategic approach to work with a clear emphasis on acquisition and achieving ambitious sales goals.
