This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire new customers and expand territory: Identify, capture, and strategically develop the assigned sales area.

• Manage accounts: Enhance existing customer relationships to create upselling and cross-selling opportunities while boosting customer satisfaction.

• Consultation and presentations: Deliver professional presentations of the product portfolio customized to meet customer needs—either remotely or on-site.

• Reporting and market analysis: Compile and present reports on sales performance, target achievements, and market trends for the sales management team.

• Contract negotiation and closing: Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements in accordance with company policies.

• Collaboration and strategy formulation: Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product management, customer service), participate in trade shows, and contribute to the development of new sales strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial or business training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of sales experience (preferably B2B); familiarity with youth welfare services is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer interaction.

• Independent, organized, and efficient work style, including the ability to work from home effectively.

• Creative and innovative mindset to discover and pursue new sales opportunities.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach when working across various departments.

• Flexibility and readiness to travel (approximately 20%).
