
Sales Manager – Southeast France

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will be the key driver behind the sales of our cutting-edge technology solutions throughout Southeast France (PACA and parts of Occitanie).
• You will serve as a commercial and technology consultant to thoroughly analyze and understand the business challenges faced by your clients, ranging from independent studios to large fitness clubs.
• You will promote and demonstrate EGYM solutions within your territory, creating new opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and on-site visits, and converting these into high-value sales.
• You will prepare and present professional profitability analyses, return on investment (ROI) calculations, and digital concepts customized for the French market.
• You will plan and execute regional sales events in cities such as Marseille, Nice, or Montpellier, with the assistance of our Marketing team.
• You will be responsible for regular sales reporting and pipeline management (utilizing Salesforce) directly to our Country Director.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in solution sales (B2B), ideally with a technology background and a demonstrated success in consultative selling.
• Prior experience in a commercial, financial, or managerial position within a gym, fitness center, or health facility, along with a comprehensive understanding of fitness business economics.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of cultivating a premium client network in Southern France.
• Highly organized in your daily fieldwork and experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with a passion for digitalization.
• Excellent communication skills, with native-level proficiency in French and a good command of English (both spoken and written).
