This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance customer relations within the DACH region.

• Strengthen existing client partnerships while proactively pursuing new business ventures.

• Market technically advanced products, particularly in mobile hydraulics, hydraulic motors, and steering units.

• Collaborate with OEM clients and/or distributors.

• Assess market potential and uncover new sales prospects.

• Engage closely with internal departments including Pricing, Customer Service, Product/Application Engineering, and R&D.

• Generate quotes, presentations, and sales reports.

• Attend regular sales meetings and liaise with the Sales Director.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical sales of hydraulic systems or similar drive and industrial technologies.

• A minimum of five to six years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within an OEM setting.

• A technical foundation through vocational training, a degree, or extensive practical experience.

• Proficient in German at a native or business-fluent level.

• Fluent in English for effective international collaboration.

• Proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.

• Experience in fast-paced, competitive markets.

• Confident in utilizing analytical tools and Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel to effectively support and cultivate customer relationships in the DACH region.
