Sales Manager – Sales Consultant, Online Lease Returns, BDC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for processing lease returns from our online sales channel.

• You will reach out to customers via phone and digital platforms whose lease terms are concluding, guiding them towards follow-up offers.

• You will perform needs assessments and create relevant follow-up offers.

• You will utilize specialized offer models tailored for online sales.

• You will diligently follow up on open offers and reminders.

• You will organize and document all customer interactions within the system.

• You will provide advice to our customers with a sales-oriented and closing-focused approach.

• You will transfer suitable customers to branches when they require more intensive support or a different offer model.

• You will collaborate closely with both online and branch sales teams, along with central units.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in telephone or digital sales, is advantageous.

• Demonstrated high self-motivation and exceptional self-organization skills.

• A passion for fast-paced, transparent, and closing-focused sales processes.

• Proficient in managing price-sensitive customers who actively compare offers.

• Consistent approach when dealing with new customer contacts on a daily basis.

• Strong communication skills via phone and email, with excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Digital literacy and comfortable use of CRM and sales systems.

• A keen sense of when a customer is best served through online sales versus when a branch handover is more suitable.
