Sales Manager – Sales Advisor, Online Lease Returns, BDC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the management of lease returns stemming from online sales.

• You will reach out to customers via phone and digital channels as their leases conclude.

• You will evaluate customer requirements and craft personalized follow-up offers.

• You will utilize specific offer models tailored for online sales.

• You will diligently monitor open offers and maintain follow-up reminders.

• You will systematically organize and record all customer interactions within the system.

• You will provide customer advice with a strong emphasis on closing sales.

• You will refer suitable customers to branches when they require more intensive support or a different offer model.

• You will collaborate closely with online and branch sales teams, as well as central departments.

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in telephone or digital sales, is advantageous.

• Strong self-motivation and exceptional self-organization skills are essential.

• A passion for swift, clear, and results-driven sales processes is needed.

• Ability to confidently engage with price-sensitive customers who actively compare offers.

• A consistent and disciplined approach to daily new customer outreach is required.

• Good communication skills over the phone and through email, along with very good written and spoken German, are necessary.

• Digital proficiency and adept use of CRM and sales systems are important.

• A strong intuition for determining when a customer is best served through online sales versus when a handover to a branch is more suitable is critical.
