This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• New customer acquisition: You take the initiative to identify and secure corporate clients, managing the entire sales process—from initiating first meetings to successfully closing contracts.
• Account management: You assist your current customers with operational inquiries and foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Customer engagement initiatives: You facilitate the activation of customers’ employees through events and communication strategies.
• CRM management: You systematically document your activities in our CRM system (Salesforce), promoting efficient collaboration.
• Sales innovation: You provide suggestions and ideas for optimization to enhance the success of the sales function.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You closely collaborate with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Sales experience: You possess a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, showcasing strong negotiation skills and resilience against initial rejections.
• Regional focus: You have a solid understanding of the business landscape in your sales territory and how local companies operate.
• Customer understanding: You are adept at adapting to various interlocutors and consistently identify the right approach.
• Results orientation: You are motivated by the prospect of taking charge of your own success.
• Passion for sports: You have a strong enthusiasm for sports and can inspire others with your passion.
• Language skills: You are fluent in German and possess good English skills.
