This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Attain annual sales goals and growth targets for the New Zealand ruminant portfolio.
• Formulate and execute the sales strategy for New Zealand ruminants, ensuring alignment with Oceania and APAC priorities.
• Oversee both direct and indirect sales through distributors, agents, and key accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with key accounts, feed mills, premixers, KOLs, nutritionists, and veterinarians.
• Establish, manage, and mentor distributors and sales consultants.
• Analyze market trends and competitor actions, providing timely insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with Technical Services and Marketing to enhance product positioning and customer engagement.
• Organize and facilitate seminars, industry events, and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory obligations.
• Complete necessary sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of experience in ruminant nutrition, animal health, or a related agribusiness sector.
• Demonstrated success in senior sales or sales management positions.
• Strong comprehension of the New Zealand dairy or ruminant industry and its market dynamics.
