This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop our workspace business in the Western Germany region.
• Sustain and expand an existing network while proactively acquiring new clients.
• Manage project acquisition and deal closure – you will identify opportunities and lead them to completion.
• Showcase our workspace solutions to partners, architects, and clients.
• Facilitate product training sessions and engage in regional events and trade exhibitions.
• Plan your weekly schedule, appointments, and market strategy independently.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor competitors, and provide active feedback on products and pricing.
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
• Completed commercial or vocational (trade) training.
• Experience in project business, including processes, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Strong sales personality with outstanding closing skills and a focus on nurturing sustainable relationships.
• High initiative, robust organizational abilities, and a passion for fieldwork.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B).
• Experience in the furniture, interior design, or workspace industry.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), MS Office, and Teams.
