This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and strengthen robust dealer partnerships while navigating channel dynamics.
• Provide guidance to customers and partners regarding optimal color management solutions.
• Propel key account expansion and uncover new business prospects.
• Facilitate value-oriented selling and effective solution positioning.
• Conduct customer interactions, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Monitor pipeline and performance metrics utilizing Salesforce (SFDC).
• Share market intelligence and serve as the Voice of Sales.
• Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Over 8 years of experience in Packaging or Ink, with a preference for Color Management.
• A results-oriented and self-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Eastern European languages, particularly Czech, is advantageous.
• Well-organized, proactive, and adept at working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• A strong commitment to customer success and sustainability.
