This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and potential clients, identifying chances to enhance sales through upselling and cross-selling financial products and services.
• Initiate outbound sales calls to connect with clients, comprehend their needs, and offer customized solutions.
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients, delivering outstanding service and support to foster customer loyalty and retention.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals while complying with regulatory standards and banking policies.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
• A degree or diploma in a relevant area, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the financial services sector.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote environment, with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for critical and creative thinking.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
