This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +4 more countries.
• Lead and enhance the EMEA OEM Filtration sales team.
• Drive objectives related to revenue growth and profitability.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with OEM customers.
• Mentor an international team of eight sales professionals located in Germany, France, and Italy.
• Set clear performance expectations and foster a proactive, customer-centric sales culture.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for EMEA OEM Filtration.
• Promote proactive selling, opportunity development, and customer engagement.
• Manage intricate OEM sales cycles, negotiations, and commercial partnerships.
• Enhance the team's integration and visibility within the broader EMEA organization.
• Guide the team through organizational and commercial transformations.
• Collaborate with supply, operations, US export teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure effective customer delivery and address commercial challenges.
• Utilize Salesforce, market intelligence, and commercial data to oversee the sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and enhance forecasting and sales execution.
• Monitor customer, market, and competitive trends and convert insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Support team members through consistent coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Represent the organization with key customers and internal stakeholders throughout EMEA.
• Travel up to 50% within the designated region.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive B2B sales experience in life sciences, filtration, laboratory products, or a similar technical/scientific sector.
• Proven track record in managing and nurturing OEM customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of OEM sales dynamics.
• Previous experience in sales leadership roles.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, inspire, and develop commercial teams.
• Strong history of achieving revenue growth and meeting challenging commercial objectives.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and cultivate a proactive, performance-driven sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience in leveraging commercial data to inform decision-making.
• Strong commercial insight and acumen.
• Ability to formulate and implement strategic sales plans.
• Success in navigating complex international matrix organizations.
• Skill in building effective cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 50% across EMEA and regularly to Wuppertal, Germany.
